Parker you really look and sound upset!!
Sorry you had to wait so long for your dinner Parker. I always let mommy know when she does not serve our dinner on time. Once my bowl was nearly empty and I really roared out several big, loud meows at her. I forgave her as she was very sorry she had not filled my bowl earlier. Hope you got a nice dinner, .even if you had to wait, my furriend. I've heard mommy say that good things often come to humans and kitties who wait. Glad your human was able to take this cute video of you.
