Thoughts and Prayer for August 8, 2015

Time for bed and we have a busy day tomorrow.

Tonight's painting is by Mike Theuer and is in the Gallery Additions - August 7, 2015 exhibit album in Prince Pan Pan's Royal Art Gallery​. and Prince Pippin who now manages the gallery dedicated its display to Baby Merry of The Daily Pippin​ clan.

The thoughts tonight is simply this: Always remember you are special, there is no one else like you, and we mean that for both our human and our furple friends. We love our friends, no matter what species or color.

Dear Heavenly Father, please be with our family, friends and even strangers, be they humans and animals. Please give us guidance and wisdom daily, and comfort, strength and courage when needed.
Please help the homeless, human and animal, they are alone, and need your help to find safe, loving homes, with families to call their own.
Please help the lost find their way home, their families love and miss them so very much; and please keep them safe until they are reunited.
Please comfort and strengthen those suffering illness and loss, and there are so many suffering illness, tonight we ask for your help to comfort and heal Macy, our friend Patti Speed's furbaby, but there are many others suffering illness and too many suffering loss. We ask that you hold them and help them through this difficult time.
Please help those suffering other difficulties, please help those with financial difficulties; please help those with emotional or mental illness, they are suffering in ways we can't imagine. Please hold them and help them through their struggles. Please give them what they need most to overcome all their struggles.
Thank you for the kind and compassionate humans that work daily to help others, both human or animal, we are grateful for their work, they do make a difference. Bless them.
Thank you for the men and women in uniform, military and local police. They risk their lives daily, so that we are safe. Thank you for their efforts. And thank you too for the firefighters fighting the wildfires in the western states, they are working to save the habitat of both animal and human.
Thank you for those we love and that loves us back; and thank you too for everything we have, because others have lost much. We are blessed.
With gentleness, Father, please teach us humility, patience, compassion, understanding and tolerance; and please help us to be less judgmental.
Please forgive us our transgressions and help us to be more forgiving towards those that transgress against. Help us to remember that none of us are perfect.
And most importantly Father, we ask for more true love, the love that never fails, the love that heals the spirit; because without that love no goodness, beauty or light would exist. AMEN.

Now out with the lights and sleep soundly and peacefully, and have and dream of beautiful, sweet and wonderful things. Then when you wake, remember to stretch like a cat and greet the day with a smile. A smile really is the best way to start your day, so smile and be happy and share that happiness with everyone around you.
