Thoughts for August 9, 2015

We know that some of you have Facebook accounts too, so we are cross posting:

Mom is not a morning person, it is best to wait at least 30 minutes after she gets up to talk to her, 60 minutes is better. Fortunately, Ruger and I don't talk to her in the morning, we just follow her to the bathroom and allow her to pet us for a few minutes, Ruger sometimes jumps on her lap so that she doesn't have to reach so far to pet him, me, I just walk back and forth in front of her so that she can pet me, then when she is finished, she opens the front door so that we can look out at the front yard through our security screen door...don't tell anyone I told you this, this will be our secret.

A bit of happy news, Patti Speed's furbaby boy Macy is doing better, day by day, but please keep him in your prayers. Also we have another friend that is asking for prayers for his buddy: Lieutenant Dan - Tales of a Paralyzed Kitten's cat buddy named King is very ill and had to have a blood transfusion today. To bed now, we wish you a good night's sleep and dreams of sweet, peaceful and beautiful things. Then when you wake, remember to stretch like a cat and greet the day with a smile. And share your smile, remember smiles are contagious, so go forth and contaminate as many as you can.
