Hello dere,
So on Friday, I went to the doctor to get my teeth cleaned. Mom authorized blood work, even though at six years old it isn't considered necessary. Well, I guess it was a good thing she did, because the doctor said that my creatinine levels were "high normal."
The doctor said my diet needs to change; so less kibble and more wet can food, which means no all day grazing, only two meals a day. What am I a dog?! And my snackies are limited. I miss my snackies already.
I am going to starve!
~ Ruger.
PS: On the positive side, Tippi has to join me in this diet, because Mom can't leave food out for her and keep me away from it. Ha-ha.

creaTinine
I just looked it up and usually the kidneys keep the creatininininininine levels low, at least in humans. I threw "cats" on the end of the search and came up with this page https://www.vetinfo.com/creatinine-levels-in-cats.html -- where they said it can be reversed if caught early enough.

Thank you for the information.
Thank you for the link.
Both of us have had a change in diet.
More can food, less kibble and snackies...doctor recommended a senior formula.
