Moving the coat

He's been taking my coat more because it's so cold.

He thinks it's his coat, but we know that I use it more than he does. He uses it only on the coldest days of winter, but I use it all year.

Well, this past Thursday, he took it and he left in the morning. Then he came home for lunchtime, and thought he could hide it from me by putting it on the chair instead of the couch where it belongs. (I sat on the sweatshirt that was on the couch while it was gone.) It didn't work -- I found it.

Then he tried to get me off of it by triming my claws so I would leave. Well, I got off my coat after he trimmed my claws, but when he was done, I got back on.

He got me off again, and he took his coat with him again when he left in the afternoon. At least it didn't smell like another cat had been sleeping on it.
