Neighborhood cat

This kitty has come up to see me a couple of times this week. I think the lady next door sometimes takes care of him, but he's more feral than an inside-outside cat. Sometimes he meows a lot, so he has known people at some point.

He looks like he'd be a very pretty cat if some person would pet him and brush him more. He is a little skittish, like my human says my father was.
